Who would have thought that catapulting birds to destroy pigs will be such a huge and fantastic game? This meteoric rise of Angry Birds led its way to playing it on the largest social network in the world which is Facebook. With this fact, Angry Birds has surely made its way to a phenomenal and global success.

Take a look at the Angry Birds page on Facebook, and you’ll see that something is up. If you “like” the page, Rovio promises to keep you posted on all the latest news about the upcoming Angry Birds migration to Facebook.

Though it has been made available on Web browsers primarily on Google Chrome,Netbooks such as Intel App up Store and desktops like Mac & Windows, the fun of playing it on Facebook should be different, considering the social extras it brings in to the game.

As for Facebook, this social media is very famous for both online multiplayer gaming and single player gaming. ANGRY BIRDS IN 3D

Hey Angry Birds gamers! Are you ready to play your favorite game in 3D mode?  Yes, you heard that right, Angry Birds is going to have a bump from traditional 2D to virtual 3D graphics. As we all know, the game, developed in Finland, has been hovering on the top of the app charts ever since its release in December 2009. Just a year later it had already attracted 42 million downloads. And because of this success, Sources reported that Angry Birds maker, Rovio, plans to launch the 3D version of their popular game in the near future.

Few details are yet known about the 3D version, but according to some research Vesterbacka said: ‘We’ve built a lot of 3D games before, it’s not like it’s a lot of learning in order to recreate the technology with Angry Birds.’
Thinking about Angry Birds’ transition to 3d, I sure hope that this upgrade will make game more enjoyable so as to keep its position in the highest peak of success.

Also, With the popularity of the Nintendo 3DS and the arrival of the LG Optimus at this year’s Mobile World Congress it seems 3D hand-held gaming could be the future for app developers.

First things first. As a beginner, the first and most essential thing that you must know about this game is the mechanics. All you have to do is to smash all the enemies which are the evil pigs, and marmosets by slinging those Angry Birds. It depends on you on how you are going to shatter those ugly pigs either you hit them directly or make their hiding places fall into them.

Next pointer, in every level you are given a limited number of birds to shoot into the enemy territory. By limiting the numbers of Angry Birds that you used, you will gain more additional points. So creativity  in shooting will get you something and makes you move forward to the game. Also,  killing and smashing pigs plus their territory which is made of materials like woods, boulders, ice, and many more will score points.

Evil pigs also wear something to make them hard to crack like metal helmets, crowns, and many more. They usually hide inside a base which makes them hard to hunt. What you must do is to find logical ways to smash those barriers together with them inside.

ANGRY BIRDS’ HIDDEN GOLDEN EGGS

Unlock levels in Angry Birds by finding hidden golden eggs scattered around the game worlds! For those of you who don’t know anything about it, these eggs can unlock any number of cool bonuses. They can range from additional, super weird levels, often filled with a ton of pigs or sometimes even huge physics puzzles that you need to solve. Once you’ve reached the criteria for the game to know you’ve beaten it you’ll then be rewarded with a star and the level will appear marketed as completed.

The Golden Eggs are sometimes obvious, and sometimes not so much. They can be hidden within anything from random items in the game to sitting all the way through the credits.

If you are wondering where to get these golden eggs, here are some Golden Eggs Locations to help you unlock various levels:

  • Click the Credits button from the main menu and watch it until the end. When the golden egg appears, simply touch it.
  • From the Levels menu, touch the sun setting in the background.
  • In level 1-8, touch the barricaded treasure chest with your finger.
  • On Level 2-2, break the beach ball
  • In level 4-7, zoom out and you’ll notice a yellow bird in the top right corner that gives you this Golden Egg.
  • On level 10-3, hit the duck.

ANGRY BIRDS SEASONS

Angry Birds is back once again, but this time, with more exciting features! Rovio has updated and renamed its “Angry Birds Halloween” app to Angry Birds Seasons. This new app boasts 25 new Christmas-themed levels and comes packaged with the 45 Halloween levels.

As we all know, your job at Angry Birds is to destroy the pigs by sending birds into their makeshift barriers. To complete each level, you must destroy all of the pigs before you run out of birds.

This version seems to be counting down the days til Christmas. You can choose whether you want to play the Halloween track (45 levels) or the Season’s Greetings track (25 levels). The catch is this: the Season’s Greetings track is an advent calendar, and there’s one level for each day of December leading up to Christmas. However, keeping with the advent calendar theme, users can’t play all of the levels at once—instead; one level is opened up on each day.

Aside from that, there aren’t any new gameplay mechanics involved with Angry Birds Seasons.  Only that there’s more ice in the more recently released Christmas version and pigs dressed up as pumpkins and ghosts in the Halloween levels. Some birds are more equipped to fire through the ice. There’s actually nothing new here, just different mechanics placed in different quantities.

THE ARRIVAL OF ANGRY BIRDS RIO

If you enjoyed playing Angry birds, you will surely have a lot more fun as more adventure continues with Angry Birds Rio! Get to fling Blu and Jewel, the two main character birds of Rio. have a fantastic time playing through Angry Birds Rio.

Angry Birds Rio, the latest iOS and Android edition of the game, features a theme based on the upcoming FOX animated motion picture Rio. The app saw ten million downloads in its first ten days after release.

The game basically plays the same way, but the entire game feels like it has been upgraded. There are far more things to collect, and they’ve even added parallax scrolling to give the game quite a bit more visual depth.

It has 60 included levels that are all designed incredibly well, and seem to have solutions where you can brute force the level by destroying it, or looking for the single weak spot which sets off a Rube Goldberg-like chain reaction of destruction.

The new catch here is that instead of killing pigs, you’ve got to break fellow birds free from cages in the first world. Then in the second world you’re defeating monkeys. The 60th level has a boss fight of sorts where you’ve got to fling birds at Nigel, the bad guy of the movie.

Angry Birds is now available for free at Chrome!And though this is called Chrome Web Edition, you can also play it in Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer. If you are serious about this worldwide phenomenon game then one thing that you should know and consider is that you got to know you birds well. Knowing your birds’ special abilities can help you finish the game without any suffering and frustration. The idea of catapulting them to destroy those pigs might sound easy and simple, but do you really know what each bird is and does? Do you know what your bird is capable of?

MEET THE RED BIRD

The red bird unlike the other birds has no special power, though this is the first bird you’ll see in the beginning levels. Tapping on one achieves nothing but that does not mean the bird isn’t useful. Remember that the higher you sling this red bird, the more damage it can do.

MEET THE BLUE BIRD

The blue bird may seem smaller than the red bird but you might be surprised because tapping this bird splits it into three pieces allowing you to attack different areas of the setup. The scatter shot bird is good for attacking multiple pigs in close proximity to each other or attacking a single pig by firing in close range.

MEET THE YELLOW BIRD

The third bird that will be introduced is the yellow bird. As you tap this bird, it will accelerate and hit whatever object is in front with more force. It’s the best weapon to destroy wood blocks which sometimes act as the primary protection for buried pigs.

MEET THE BLACK BIRD

They say that this black bird is the most destructive one since it explodes and destroys stone blocks with it.

MEET THE WHITE BIRD

The white bird is the only bird that actually lay eggs. The bird is best used at close range to targets but can also act as a normal projectile bird like the red one.

MEET THE GREEN BIRD

The green bird is better known as the Boomerang bird. On tap, they do a complete 180 and return. It’ll take some time to get your shots with this bird perfect, but in some cases, this can be a perfect attack.

It is undeniably true that Angry Birds is one of the most popular games in the history of the iPhone. It has sold millions and millions around the world and one of the reasons why people can’t get enough of it is the fact that it presents a very easy to learn, but very hard to master formula.

The objective of the Angry Birds game is to launch your “angry” birds at the green pigs and smash them to pieces. The game finishes once you hit all the green pigs or when you have ran out of birds to fling in the air. So if you want to beat those pesky pigs and get a 3-star score, Here are some of the best Angry Birds Tips & Tricks that might help you along to dominate the game.

GENERAL TIPS:

Rather than blindly firing at walls, look for spots to attack the balance of the structure. Try to take out it’s foundation. Use the first birds to expose the foundation, then the later birds to make the whole structure collapse.
